Responsibilities
As the Global Delivery Strategic Initiatives Senior Manager, you will:
• Lead key strategic initiatives impacting the performance of the Global Delivery team (financial & operational KPIs, internal stakeholder, employee & customer satisfaction)
• Design, plan and manage the execution of organizational transformation initiatives
• Define and manage project scope, timelines and deliverables for each project and map out interdependencies across other projects and functions
• Develop actionable recommendations by soliciting stakeholder input and synthesizing operational data to generate meaningful insights
• Prepare and/or deliver well-crafted presentations / communications to senior executive audiences and other stakeholder groups
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments and Business Units
Skills & Experience
• 5-8 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, project management or equivalent
• Experience leading operating model, organization design and/or process improvement initiatives
• Experience leading transformation for individual teams and organization-wide initiatives
• Highly analytical, with ability to use the power of data combined with industry knowledge to develop insights that challenge and influence the business
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts or data into easily understood narratives adapted for various audiences
• Excellent organizational skills - structured approach and capable of managing competing numerous work streams simultaneously
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to match stakeholder expectations to urgently deliver exceptional results
• Understanding of SaaS business model
• Working knowledge of technology delivery organizations, implementation and support models preferred
• Works effectively in a remote environment and across geographies / cultures
• Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity; always seeking new approaches and challenging the organization to new levels of success
• Fluency in English required
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus
• Flexible, periodic travel for internal meetings
