HR Coordinator

We are looking for a HR COORDINATOR, ready to join our Warsaw office team.

The position is for a fixed term period of 18 months

Role Purpose:

This role will provide broad scope of HR service supporting HR Ops Team, collaborate with local and global HRBPs, cooperate with HR Shared Service and take part in HR projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as first point of contact for employee and managers on HR related queries and issues
• Collaboration with business stakeholders and HRBPs in settlement of contracts and other employee related matters
• Preparation of reports and summaries for the internal needs of the company and external institutions
• Close cooperation with vendors of employee benefits and administration of the benefit programs
• Active participation in employee onboarding
• Executing personnel administration: employees’ files, input for payroll, etc.
• Participation in current projects carried out by the HR Department

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Preferably 2+ years HR experience in Human Resources administration in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Fluent Polish and English speaker
• Very good communication skills
• Demonstrating a strong attention to detail
• Feeling comfortable to work independently
• Strong customer servicing, analytical, problem solving skills desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
• Good knowledge of Polish labor law
• Knowledge of Workday would be an asset
• BA or equivalent of related experience required
• Genuine interest in all HR areas
