  • Schedule and coordinate customer fulfillment requests for project.
  • Monitor project schedule, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution.
  • Serve as primary scheduling and operations point of contact for project and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement patient support program and scheduling procedures and process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain all project documentation including all service protocols, records and reports according to the scope of work and SOPs.
  • Calls patient to confirm and request for patient invoice.
  • Receives scanned Prescription and E-mail Invoice from Pharmacy
  • Complying with data protection law, including responding promptly to queries
  • Verifies both invoices against prescription
  • Calls patient to check regular drug dispensing & receipts
  • Conducts Monthly reconciliation
  • Develop and coordinate all information and communications for assigned project.
  • Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans.
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and project reports.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summary data.
  • Provide project management and operational support as directed by stakeholders.
  • Respond appropriately and compliantly during all interactions
  • Uses feedback from professional colleagues and customers to assure quality of information disseminated
  • Stays current with MS Office systems
  • Single point of contact from IQVIA with customer
  • Comply with Pharma code and HIPPA guidelines and memos regarding policy and procedures

EDUCATION:                    

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent studies in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, etc
  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred
