We are seeking a Senior Managerfor our Bioanalytical Department located in Mattawan, MI.

TheSenior Manager is responsible for the general oversight and management of staff assigned to multipledepartments or functions. This individual is responsible for ensuring compliance to departmental policiesand procedures. This individual is expected to be an expert in his/her discipline, providing leadership indeveloping staff and efficient and scientifically valid processes and procedures. This individual willfrequently function as a Principal Investigator or Study Director, responsible for the development andexecution of validation and sample analysis protocols/plans in accordance with company standardoperating procedures (SOPs), industry regulatory guidelines (GxP), and budgetary guidelines.

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Senior Managerposition:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field and 10 or more years of relevant experience; or PhD in relevant field and 5 or more years of relevant experience.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactorysubstitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Proficient using laboratory software applications and LIMS. Expert knowledge of GxPs and applicable industry guidance documents. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside theorganization. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn avalidated system. Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited toevenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts; sometimes on short notice. Ability to work under specific time constraints.
