Instructional Designer Specialist- TEMP

We are in the process of recruiting a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Instructional Design Specialist to work in our Buenos Aires office. As a key member of the Learning and Development team, you will design both functional and professional development training for Parexel’s 18,000+ global staff. Broad-based knowledge of behaviour-based learning, adult learning theory, solid instructional design, and high standards in terms of quality is ideal for this role. Strong candidates must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment that is results and detail-driven. Exceptional candidates must be self-starters who can and want to contribute to the development of creative solutions and execute them efficiently. You must have several years of Instructional graphic design experience, ideally designing training materials for adult users. Preference will be given to those with a university degree in a related field and experience with SharePoint, Articulate (any version) and Articulate Storyline. Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English.
