We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our Immunochemistry team located in Senneville, Qc.

Main responsibilities of the position: Resource for all the department staff and assist the manager when necessary. Be the contact person for the department in the absence of the manager and ensure a good inter/intra-department and inter­ division communication. Ensure the proper conduct of studies identifying potential problems and taking corrective action at the appropriate time while ensuring that every aspect of the work is performed in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Create and review SOP and verify and standardize other instructions, while ensuring to meet the requirements of study plans and Regulatory Agencies. May be asked to plan and/or coordinate the activities of the technical staff and the instruments (if needed). Ensure that all daily activities are accomplished, and the workload is distributed to staff. Plan and coordinate training requests to ensure that the necessary expertise is available at appropriate time. Perform all other related duties as assigned (for ex ample, time sheet revision, laboratories or department organization, help occasionally technical staff to complete their daily tasks, etc.)

Here are the minimum Qualifications for the role: DEC in sciences or AEC An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Demonstrate ability for team work, a positive attitude, good interpersonal relationships and professionalism . Adapt to changes. Actively participate in departmental meetings to improve performance and quality.
