Real World & Analytics Solutions in the Nordics is a multidisciplinary team leveraging the IQVIA Core to enable us to provide pharma companies and healthcare with advice and recommendations. Our services towards pharma companies are primarily related to Brand planning & Brand performance, Commercial excellence, Multichannel communication strategies, Launch excellence, Pricing & Market access strategies, Medical engagement/RWE insights and Portfolio strategy optimization and evaluations.

As a Business Analyst you will be supporting on projects and leading smaller projects towards clients in the Nordics. You will help to create change in the world of Life sciences and enable to drive healthcare forward. Your analytical, inter-personal, creative thinking and business management skills will be called upon from day one.

Every project will be different but an idea of the things that you are expected to accomplish are the following:

• Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research in the healthcare industry

• Analyse complex numerical data, working closely together with data analysts leveraging advance analytics

• Work in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client employees, management teams or other stakeholders

• Work closely with clients and actively participate in projects to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery

• Support the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals of cost effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction

• Be proactive and eager to develop business understanding and grow professional skills

About you

Candidates interested in joining as a Business analyst should have:

• A strong academic record and an existing or upcoming Master degree in engineering, business administration, health economics or health sciences from a top business/research school

• Max 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting or marketing/business analysis role

• Demonstrate analytical, interpretative and problem solving skills

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish. With language skills in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian being considered an additional asset.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others across the Nordic countries and with our Global excellence centres

• Interest in a career in healthcare and life sciences industries

• Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
