Job Overview

Manage and direct all aspects of Financial Operations, either regionally or globally, providing direction on financial planning and forecasting. To ensure timely and accurate accounting and reports in accordance with IQVIA Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes Oxley rules as well as local GAAP and tax rules.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all economic activities of the company: financial-accounting for statutory and US-GAAP reporting, collection, logistics, financial reports and analyzes;

• Prepares the monthly/yearly declarations to the tax authorities

• Manages external relationships with banks, lawyers, consultants and Auditors

• Business partner to all departments

• Preparing ad hoc reports required by HQ

• Coordinates the elaboration and submits for approval the annual budget of revenues and expenses of the company; coordinates and is responsible for the annual budget execution at company level;

• Approves and submits for the annual financial statements of the company; submits the annual financial statements for approval to the executive management and the Board of Directors;

• Negotiates the terms and conditions of general economic contracts and submits them for approval by the executive management in order to conclude them.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finances.

• Managerial experience as — 5 years as minimum.

• Good knowledge and practice in US-GAAP corporate reporting, financial reporting

• CPA  - Certified Public Accountant CPA qualified (or equivalent)  

• Good English is a must

• Team player and good manager with high loyalty to the company, disciplined, with strong communicative skills, responsible and attentive will have a great advantage.

• Leadership skills, ability to delegate, flexibility, attentiveness, good communication skills, proactive, analytical skills
