Senior Corporate Accountant

Reporting to the Director, the Sr. GL Accountant will be responsible for the General Ledger accounting for global corporate initiatives along with supporting on reconciliations and flux analysis for company.

Month/Quarter tasks

• Liaise with SBU Finance/Facilities/Local Controllers on the dilapidation accrual entries and associated ARO accounting

• Serve as lead and liaison for WW intercompany processes assisting various teams with entries and advocating efficient procedures

• Prepare quarterly securitization reporting pack and distributed to stakeholders including treasury/tax/external reporting/Corp FP&A

• Support Director in the preparation of BS Analytics at quarter/year end for submission to CFO/CAO & Auditors

• Support Director on updates to accounting policies as required

• Support and account for hedge accounting transactions. Work with Treasury and controllership on explaining unusual fluctuations

• Support US GAAP audit

Qualificationso Ability to work cross functional / cross countries (subledger team in India / global local controllers & finance department such AR/ facilities / tax / treasury / etc.)

o Excellent communication skills (they need to be to pick the phone and understand when to involve management)

o Good at partnering with all stakeholders

o Analytical minded but can explain finance concepts to less experienced ppl

o Strong accountng skills

o CPA is preferable
