Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) . Your duties and responsibilities: Coordinate with field sales specialists and client services to address customer questions/objections, provide pricing, support contract negotiations and follow through to close of sale. Support field team by managing assigned leads and inquiries through the selling process. Strategically target and engage new prospective customers  Attend conferences and sales meetings and trade shows  Establish and nurture positive, productive relationships with customer accounts and Biologics Team at all levels. Develop marketing campaigns to support individuals, product lines, or sites to generate new leads Develop and qualify leads through customer contact and prospecting.   Develop and implement tools for lead generation and management, prioritize and forward to Sales Development team to follow Gain and share competitive market information, customer needs and concerns and  Maintain all communications within the CRM system and develop and maintain appropriate tools to track projects and sales initiatives to support management. Work collaboratively with Marketing to drive product promotions and provide feedback on ROI.

Your qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in business or related discipline Five to eight years related experience Customer-facing experience Ability to listen to client needs, prepare concise accurate proposals, deliver quotes Ability to prepare basic market analyses Abilty to prepare regular accurate reports – on project intake, status, number, projects lost Ability to deliver proposals and reports on time. Languages - german plus at least excellent verbal and written English Computing  and software -  Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking
