Primary Responsibilities:Support the team members through the life cycle of a clinical trial from study start-up to study closure, performing the following duties:Interact with internal and external stakeholders (study sites, vendors, etc.) in support of clinical study objectives.Payment calculation and execution.Tracking and reporting negotiations.Ensuring compliance with financial procedures.Maintenance of tracking tools and systems.Collate, distribute, and archive clinical documents.Assist with electronic Trial Master File reconciliation.Qualifications

Experience in financial, legal, or similar.

Polish fluent, English communicative in speech, reading, and writing.

Executing payments and invoices and in particular payments, and reviewing budgets in clinical studies will be added advantage.

Good level of knowledge of Excel, and Word.
