  Job Summary This role will support the Global Technology Operations team. Responsibilities will include requisitioning, contract management, budgeting & forecasting, and process improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the Global Technology Budget Assist in data compilation and data scrubbing of financial dashboard, including but not limited to: contracts, purchase spend against budget, forecasted spend, and actuals. Maintaining the internal IT contract database. Assist in maintenance of Contract Lifecycle Management process, including uploading applicable documents, communications, and entering respective notes. Data entry to in-house CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) System. Process Improvement initiatives Project Management Support the IT requisition process Answer invoice related questions / Invoice troubleshooting Support internal business partners Other various operational tasks as assigned Job Qualifications Education: pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field. Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical Ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills in Microsoft Office Good drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and produce time sensitive deliverables Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities
