IMPORTANT:   In order to be considered for this position, a resume/CV must be uploaded and submitted during the application process.  Please make sure work history and education are added correctly.    Job Summary The Senior Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for: implementing and maintaining an LMS at company sites worldwide; the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including the definition and application of company policies and best practices; training other LMS administrators and users; editing and publishing learning content; ongoing system improvements; resolution of system issues; generating reports; and assisting learners with troubleshooting issues in accessing and leveraging learning resources.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

•    Implement a global learning management system; manage legacy learning systems.

•    Identify user roles, granting access and role-based user permissions; maintain client portal and posting accuracy; create custom certification of course completion; and run reports.

•    Provide LMS training for personnel based on role and system access.

•    Upload, track, and maintain consistency of eLearning courses, materials and workshops that the company offers to employees and to external clients through Insourcing Solutions SM

•    Oversee global processes for course creation and implementation, learning path/assignment, content updates, and maintenance.

•    Identify and fix LMS issues concerned with LMS design, infrastructure, or configuration; address learners' issues; consult with vendors as needed.

•    Develop standard operating procedures (SOP); implement and sustain best practices and quality throughout the company; verify and document compliance with LMS and training course standards and policies; harmonize procedures across company sites.

•    Lead continuous improvement initiatives by building healthy relationships and exchanging information with trainers, other LMS administrators, talent management team, and project managers from informational technology (IT) system support resources and business groups. Job Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

•    Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, information systems, or other related fields.

•    5+ or more years of relevant experience with eLearning methods or training and developing of employees.

•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

•    Success Factors LMS experience

•    Demonstrated ability to enter data, analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, manage projects. 

•    Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

•    Strong communication written and verbal skills.

•    Proficient in MS Office Suite.

•    Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system.

•    Ability to work under specific time constraints.
