  Job Summary  

The Implementation and Scaling lead, under direction of the Product Owner creates and manages an implementation roadmap to deploy the product. This roadmap defines the strategic execution of scale up activities based on overall business objectives set by the product owner and business strategy. Scale up activities include developing and managing the schedule, obtaining Site input and customer needs and managing content to be deployed.  They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and will build close relationships with key stakeholders. The Lead manages dependencies while identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships across the different teams. They work closely within their team to ensure that business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary.

 

Basic Summary:

  Essential Duties

•    Scheduling, sequencing and analytics of who, what and when to onboard 

•    Identify and prioritize internal and external users (including customers) for onboarding and impediments for onboarding based on statistical analyses. Recommend next course of action and solutions to overcome obstacles. 

•    Use lessons learned from onboarded sites and identify required process changes and support those changes on site. Be a trusted liaison and partner for the sites. 

•    Set an ambitious and clear vision for scaling across sites and customers. Collaborate with and communicate effectively to stakeholders, the Agile team, and the rest of the unit. 

•    Act as a central conduit for communication between stakeholders, clients and CRL staff. 

•    Client onboarding, account creation, support, and activation  

•    Establish and maintain a standardized, secure, scalable, and preferably automated process for onboarding and account creation for new and existing customers.  

•    Defining new or optimizing and adjusting business processes for Apollo workflows and implementing them with the sites. 

•    Work with the support team on the resolution of service tickets; help solve access issues and develop a knowledge database and instructions to drive to a self-service model. 

•    Work to develop a formal feedback loop to ensure customer feedback is driven back to the Product team and specifically, the UX team 

•    Working with Org. Change Management, help drive user speed of adoption and utilization 

•    Develop and observe key measurements of success and identify opportunities for the improvement of adoption. Report on findings and recommend actions to improve adoption. 

•    Ensure optimization and the resolution of issues related to client satisfaction by partnering with the Apollo platform-level teams - Application, Data enablement, Organizational Change Management and Support – to build solutions and ensure appropriate communication. 

•    Help to maximize the business value of Apollo by expanding the customer base and enabling adoption. Identify new opportunities for value creation and partner to build on those opportunities. 

•    Provide frequent executive leadership reports detailing progress to all stakeholders  

•    Portal Transition to Apollo 

•    Create and execute the plan for migration from the current portal to Apollo by developing a process for selection of clients, prioritization of work and onboarding for a frictionless customer experience. 

•    Work in an Agile environment 

•    Track, communicate and be accountable for product specific KPIs 

•    Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the team 

•    Hold a key role on Agile squad(s) and work with the team on a daily basis 

•    Align efforts with Apollo Biologics PO and other system owners 

•    Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to develop communications and drive change among users and employees 

•    Collect and analyze data to identify next priorities 

•    Perform all other duties as assigned  Job Qualifications  

Education:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.     

 

Experience:  

•    10+ combined years of experience in roles such as Implementation and Deployment, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, IT, Communications, and/or Business Optimization. Experience in Biologics is a plus. 

•    Demonstrated leadership and team management, with a strong focus on customer experience. Superb communication and collaboration skills with both commercial and scientific stakeholders. 

•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.  

•    Advanced proficiency in Office applications (MS Office, MS Teams, Excel, Smartsheet) required. PowerBI and database experience beneficial. 

 

Physical Demands: 

•    Must regularly operate a computer and occasionally operate other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.  

•    Must regularly communicate with employees/customers; must be able to exchange accurate information.
