IMPORTANT:   In order to be considered for this position, a resume/CV must be uploaded and submitted during the application process.  Please make sure work history and education are added correctly.    Job Summary The Principal HR Technology -Talent Acquisition and Onboarding primary focus is the administration and day-to-day operations of SuccessFactors modules.  The systems administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations, customer support, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting as needed.  In addition, this role will provide talent and onboarding administration and technical support for our global organization.

This role will be responsible for supporting and administering our SuccessFactors application suite and will partner with our impactful Talent and Onboarding business owners to develop and execute strategic projects, implementations, and be a key piece of the HR Technology team. Responsibilities will not only include managing system and data integrity but providing real-time guidance to key stakeholders on opportunities for improvement, alternative technology solutions, while remaining cognizant of local compliance implications.

This role will be a key contributor to the HR Technology Solutions team and will have the opportunity to drive new projects and work with various parts of the business. 

 

What You Will Do:

•    Serve as the SME and business analyst for technology projects / implementations

•    Perform deep configuration within SuccessFactors to meet business requirements

•    Act as Enterprise Administrator for SuccessFactors suite specializing in the Talent and Onboarding 

•    Partner with leaders across Talent and Onboarding and the greater HR team providing both support and guidance for HR technology systems

•    Drive projects from early stages through implementation, inclusive project scoping, configuration, and internal / external resource coordination to meet business requirements 

•    Troubleshoot system issues and provide high-quality customer support on a global scale

•    Manage system release and enhancements while identifying possible gaps in system capability; providing system solutions as appropriate 

•    Translate technical requirements into consumable information for non-technical stakeholders

•    Identify risks and system issues across all platforms and escalate as necessary

•    Actively involved in continued innovation to the HRIS technical infrastructure:  research recommendations, leads improvements and solutions to improve user experience and support business processes.

•    Test, support and maintain modifications, utilities and tools associated with the system

•    Serves as liaison to business and customers on HR Technology systems Job Qualifications •    5+ years of SuccessFactors Analytical support experience

•    Previous experience within or in support of SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Modules

•    Extensive experience completing complex configuration within SuccessFactors Admin Center

•    Strong comfort level acting as an internal champion of HR technology at all levels of the organization

•    Problem solving/analytical skills; detail oriented

•    A strong ability to work independently while driving project timeline

Strongly Prefer: 

•    Direct experience within Talent and Onboarding 

•    Experience with multiple modules of SuccessFactors
