Responsibilities

  • Design and documentation of service blueprints and business process flows
  • Develops documentation to display outcomes of complex business processes and scenarios
  • Defines business requirements related to services solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions within the services department
  • Develops and implements strategy and direction for the service department to deliver, expand, and enhance the services portfolio
  • Lead and coordinate project workstreams and partner with product teams to deliver service solutions
  • Support the delivery of initiatives that drive efficiency, optimize use of technology to enhance productivity and the customer experience
  • Continually assess, document, and analyze progress toward project goals and results

Experience/Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to understand complex challenges and linkages
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven. You're able to make quick decisions in complex environments.
  • Previous process development, business process mapping, and project management experience
  • Cross-functional leader and collaborator.You have a proven record of being able to partner, engage, facilitate and lead cross-functional teams to help bring solutions to life.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Passion for learning and willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear many hats to support development of solutions and optimization of customer experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven team contributor
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Proficiency in MS-PowerPoint, Excel, Visio or similar tools
  • Works with confidential and sensitive corporate, client, and employee information and must conduct themselves accordingly
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a management role;with industry experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Event Management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
