Senior Director, Business Relationship Management - HR & Finance

The Business Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact with our Human Resource and Finance stakeholders to drive cloud platform transformation and adoption. S/he will partner on a global scale to harmonize business processes, data sharing, and self service capabilities to focus on making Parexel easy to do business with. The person in this role has the overarching responsibility for providing strategic direction, vision, and roadmaps developed through business partnership. The Business Relationship Manager will consider all aspects of providing technical services and support working across IT teams. S/he represents the combined vision and quality of the service provided to business partners working within a matrixed organization.
