Senior Clinical Planning Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development, planning and collaboration with internal and external customers and stakeholders to deliver accurate study strategies (including countries, sites and patients)
• Assist in the delivery of an accurate and robust study strategy in support of opportunities (including but not limited to Requests for Proposals, awards and re-strategies), by obtaining required information regarding future research plans, regional priorities, and capacity plans
• Contribute towards prime / partner / network site utilization and site performance metrics through supporting the efficient study strategy activities
• Support the mapping of country / site / patients capacity
• Support the generation of study related information to produce and support recommendation of recruitment rates, country allocations and site tiering. May produce summary reports and present internally
• Contribute to process improvement through working with Quintiles processes to deliver quality and consistency
• Contribute with management of Business Conflicts of Interest (BCOIs)
• Help facilitate that all data sources are accurate and up to date

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field

• 3 years of relevant experience including demonstrable experience in a regional role
• In depth knowledge of the drug development processes across all functional areas
• Knowledge and ability to apply GCP / ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines
• Effective presentation skills
• Computer skills including proficiency in aspects of data analysis and presentation software, Microsoft Word, Excel and databases
• Analytical skills and ability to quickly and accurately understand, access and analyze data from divergent sources to provide an assimilation of data leading to conclusions and recommendations for country ranking / site tiering / patient enrollment forecasts
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
