The Business Operations Management Team is the project financial and operations analysis function for program management in the Clinical Research Services Division. The role is to provide independent, objective project financial, operational and consulting services designed to add value and assist all project operations to improve project profitability.

Director, Business Operations Management provides oversight to the Business Operations Management Team which handles aspects of the project budget, project analysis, change order identification and assistance, financial tracking and resource planning in PlanView. The Business Operations Manager's role and responsibilities begin during the work order stage and end at project closure. There will be some assistance that the Business Operations Manager will provide once the study is awarded in order to ensure the budget is set up appropriately for the work awarded.
