Senior Consultant, Evidence, HEOR

• Candidate is expected to lead and support ongoing innovation objectives of the unit in the field of health outcomes analysis which warrants having thought leadership skills

• Project management: Managing a Systematic Literature Review project team to ensure timely delivery of projects to a high standard, managing client communications, and ensuring projects are delivered on budget

• Additionally, independently contribute to the preparation of study protocols, assisting junior team members in developing project deliverables, and assisting with the interpretation and dissemination of findings

• Technical leadership: Providing technical leadership and training to more junior staff, and ensuring own skills are up to date

• Line management: Line manage a team of Associates and Associate Consultants with focus on team development

• Business development: Writing and presenting proposals in response to a request from a client. Attending client meetings to present the skills and experience of PACQualifications• Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences/Medicine/PhD (>5 years of experience)

• HEOR and consulting experience is desirable

• Understanding of broad disease and therapeutic areas

• Evidence of a high level of proficiency in project management and business development

• Good communication skills-oral and in writing; ability to communicate effectively, with project team members

• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• High degree of enthusiasm and self-motivation

• Work well in a team as well as independently, and be able to take leadership role with regard to methodological elements in projects
