Your Role & Responsibilities Prepare detailed analysis for consolidated internal management reporting including P&L analysis and comparison of results vs the budget/forecast for the business development team. Serve as a functional partner, providing budgeting and forecasting support, including calculations in accordance with complex compensation arrangements. Experience/Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 7 to 9 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience. Public accounting experience strongly preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated project leadership and consultancy skills with ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients. Ability to apply advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise to analysis. Good business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments. Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity. Demonstrates executive presence and good presentation skills. Ability to balance and deliver against competing demands. Ability to learn and utilize financial systems.
