Manager/Sr. Manager Corp FP&A

Your Role & Responsibilities Prepare detailed analysis for consolidated internal management reporting including P&L analysis and comparison of results vs the budget/forecast for the business development team. Serve as a functional partner, providing budgeting and forecasting support, including calculations in accordance with complex compensation arrangements. Provide ad hoc reporting for consolidated results review and modelling Collaborates with various departments and business units across the organization to provide value-added analytical and critical thinking on ad hoc projects. Manages staff, which may include interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations. Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations. Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime.

Experience/Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 7 to 9 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience. Public accounting experience strongly preferred

Ability to apply advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise to analysis. Good business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments. Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity. Demonstrates executive presence and good presentation skills. Ability to balance and deliver against competing demands. Ability to learn and utilize financial systems.
