Role Summary:

Responsible for accounting for all drug supplies received for studies at the Clinic. This includes documentation of receipt, dispensation, and return of drug. Ensures that established packaging procedures and preparation of dose procedures are followed by all staff. Responsible for quality assurance regarding all pharmacy technician documentation and preparation of doses.

Participates as a member of the project team offering guidance and information essential to the requirements of the protocol. Serves as liaison and consultant to sponsors concerning pharmacy details for future and current protocols. Assists the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of clinic pharmacy operations and management and is in charge of the clinic pharmacy during the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
