The laboratory is composed of multiple departments with specialized technical expertise.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;">In the flow cytometry department, the scientific team supports with new assay validations, implementation and scientific troubleshooting. The team is also heavily involved in developing quality assurance processes in order to ensure the combinability of flow cytometry data across multiple sites, multiple instruments and multiple operators over long period of time.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Internship Assignment Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>Review global instruments performance data on different flow cytometry platforms</li><li>Support with the assessment of new Quality Control Materials to ensure appropriate flow cytometry assay performance</li><li>Interact with operational teams to understand their needs and translate into scientific proposal</li><li>Based on the data collected and reviewed, propose improvement ideas and processes to enhance quality assurance.</li><li>Present outcomes of assessments to the rest of the global scientific team</li><li>Attend scientific calls and trainings to improve understanding of flow cytometry in general, and performing flow cytometry in regulated environment in particular</li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Education/Qualifications/Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of a BSc in Biological Sciences or any related field.</li><li>Postgraduate education is preferred but not mandatory. Ideal for an MSc student with industry internship requirement.</li><li>Some level of experience with flow cytometry is required.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues</li><li>Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership</li><li>Proficiency in English is mandatory.</li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;">Please see above</p>
