Manager, Product Marketing

<h2>Job Overview:</h2><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Labcorp Drug Development is seeking a Manager of Product Marketing for our Clinical Development and Commercialization Services (CDCS) business. This individual will help design and drive marketing initiatives to support business success for Labcorp Drug Development's >$3 billion CDCS business with primary focus on pharmaceutical and biotech companies.  This role will report directly to the head of CDCS marketing and work closely with leaders in sales, marketing and the service lines they support.</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Key responsibilities include leading and/or supporting marketing strategy for: </span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Functional Service Provider services and capabilities</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Account based marketing</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communications for customer facing colleagues</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sales colleague engagement</span></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow',sans-serif;">Specifically, the Marketing Manager will:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Launch and manage highly targeted marketing campaigns that drive interest and preference for Labcorp Drug Development and focus on sales enablement and lead generation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Help conceive strategic content that can be deployed via omnichannel marketing (e.g., webinars, social media, paid search, podcasts, etc.) to showcase our thought leadership and create differentiation. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Execute events strategy and collaborate with sales, SMEs and events team on high-quality execution (industry conferences, symposia, webinars).</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain marketing content and collateral that support service offerings and targeted service lines. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate across organizational structures and other business units, including peer marketers in supporting pre-clinical, early clinical and later stage clinical marketing activities.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Measure impact of all marketing initiatives through tracking mechanisms, metrics and dashboard reporting to measure success of target marketing activities including detailed recommendations on improvements and best practices for future programs.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform other marketing and sales support functions, as needed.</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or Business preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Master's degree a strong plus</span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5 or more years’ prior work experience in marketing, B2B marketing experience is highly desirable.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Specific expertise in marketing life science services highly desirable.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in digital marketing / social media.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize</span></li><li><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif;
