Resource Planner (Temp Contract), Bloemfontein

The Resource Planner:-

* is responsible for identification and assignment of potential team members for proposals/bid defense meetings,

* is responsible for newly awarded projects and for changes of team members on awarded projects,

* is responsible for running reports on resource management tool and forecasting of potential resource needs (within assigned business area or geography).

* Engages with senior levels of the business to influence resource related decisions and challenge assumptions.

* Participates in change management.

QualificationsExperience and Skills required:-

* Bachelors Degree required –– ideally a degree in finance, business, IT, HR or equivalent preferred.

* Fluent in written and oral English in addition to local language

* Relevant work experience (2 - 4 years work experience preferred)
