Su mmarized Purpose:

Performs assigned tasks such as gathering, washing, drying, and restocking glassware in a highly regulated environment. Performs daily work assignments accurately and in a timely manner. Work is performed in a clinical/GMP environment.

Essential Functions:

Perform any or all Glassware Washing functions to include oversight and performance of a variety of complex standard tasks and daily tasks in support of the Glassware Washing department. Assists/fulfills lab requests for glassware via email/RAM requests. Restocks lab cabinets with properly washed/inspected glassware. Maintains glass wash units to ensure proper functionality. Maintains 5S within glass wash rooms. Assists with monthly glassware inventory. Provides daily metrics and other required departmental statistics. Delivery/pickup of glassware across campus, when required. Solution/HPLC waste dumping throughout campus. Providing green tagging duties on equipment throughout campus. Performs work assignments accurately and in a timely and safe m anner. Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Technical positions may require a certificate

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of GLP/GCP Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point Strong detail orientation Problem solving/troubleshooting abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Ability to read, identify, and transcribe details accurately

Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations

Time management and organizational skills
