This person is responsible for management and supervisory duties for the Image Operations Team.Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.As a Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs. Oversee Image Operations team to coordinate staff assignmentsResponsible for coordination of resources to meet study goals and timelinesResponsibility for coordination of human resources for Offsite Assessments / Blinded ReadsPrepare / Conduct team training and meetingsContinual review / improvement of departmental processesEstablishes good relationships internally and externallyPersonnel management through clear direction and communicationActs in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to customer needsContinual review / improvement of departmental processesPerform Image Processing in accordance to the study specific guidelinesOperates independently with willingness to make decisionsTechnical support for business development Provides Image Quality Assurance according to study specificationsReport metrics specific to the Imaging Operations teamWork with Core Lab to provide imaging expertise guidance as neededWork with PM to support study related tasksTo undertake other reasonable related duties as assigned
