Assoc Dir, Software Test

Job Responsibilities:

•    Understand product architecture and technical aspects of features
•    Perform internal Audits, to ensure compliance of developers & QA to processes defined
•    Prepare GXP and validation plans with priority recommendations and presents system proposals to higher management
•    Prepare test summary report for each release to leadership and stake holders 
•    Work with QA leads to review the requirements and define test scenarios for each feature
•    Work with release management to ensure the 3 yearly product releases happen on time and on budget
•    Work with a geographically distributed team to analyze, diagnose and fix customer issues
•    Attend all SCRUM ceremonies in person and participate to give a perspective in application development
•    Participate and do knowledge transfer sessions to geographically distributed teams 

Required Qualifications/Experience:
•    6-8 years of relevant manual testing and/or software validation experience 
•    Experience in testing iOS apps and/or Salesforce.com apps 
•    Experience in managing a QA/testing team and delivering products or projects
•    Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
•    Experience in testing applications in a multi-tenant cloud platform with governor limits
•    Effective written and oral communication skills
•    Good analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills 
•    Ability to work in an Agile, globally-distributed environment

Preferred Skills/Experience:
•    Degree in Computer Science or a related subject
•    Testing experience with CRM and/or Salesforce.com (especially Lightning) products
•    Knowledge with Pharma domain and CFR 21 Part 11 is a bonus
•    Automation for testing iOS and/or Salesforce.com apps (especially Selenium or Appium)
•    Experience with tools like TestRail, Jira, and Confluence
•    Experience using SOQL (from Salesforce.com) in SoqlXplorer or Data Loader
