(Senior) Project Leader / （シニア）プロジェクトリーダー（東京・大阪・神戸）

クライアントである製薬会社等と良好な関係を築き、さまざまな要望・期待に応え、満足していただけるサービスを提供することで、当社とクライアント双方にとって Win-Win となるようリードしていただくポジションです。 契約事項、薬事法、 GCP 等の関連法規、 SOP 等を遵守し、プロジェクト全体を管理する。 受託業務内容を熟知し、業務全体の計画立案、各部門との調整、クライアントとの折衝を行う。 臨床開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジャーとして、部門横断的にプロジェクトチームをリードし、プロジェクトチームの発足からプロジェクト終了までの全てのプロセスにおいて、タイムライン、コスト、人員を管理する。　具体的には、各プロジェクトが、 Quality を担保しタイムライン通りにマイルストーンを達成できているか、各部門リーダーから報告を受け、確認する。 クライアントの期待に応えるため、利益や品質の成果責任を果たせるようプロジェクトをリードする。 クライアントとの良好な関係を維持し、クライアントの満足度を向上させ、想定された利益を確保する。 電話／ビデオ会議などを通して、カウンターパートとの情報交換やアラインメントを図るサポートを行う。

Lead the Parexel and Client teams by combining deep clinical research experience with insight into client pressures in order to develop the right solution for the client. This requires enhancing in-depth project management skills and business understanding, knowledge, and experience in order to independently make effective decisions and take action.

This role provides the overall cross-functional leadership of clinical trials as well as the project teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver projects on time, to budget, to the highest quality, compliant with ICH GCP, and that meet client expectations. This position is responsible as Global Project Leader for the profitability of a small to midsize project(s) and client satisfaction, and acts as a role model and coach for the team. This position can also assume a support project leader role within a project leadership team of multiple PLs/PDs on larger project(s). Project Leaders may mentor junior staff and Functional Leads for specific projects. Qualifications医薬品のプロジェクトマネジメント経験あるいは開発業務のリーダー経験 英語によるコミュニケーション能力 （業務上の交渉に関して、意思疎通が図れる程度の会話能力。 また、 E-mail など文書による correspondence が可能であること） プレゼンテーション能力 PM の資格として、米国の PMI （ Project Management Institute ）が認定する PMP （ Project Management Professional ）資格を有すれば、なお可 CRO 、製薬メーカー両方の勤務経験歓迎
