業務の最適化を実現するための各種ソリューションを顧客に提供し、テクノロジーの側面から医療業界のコマーシャル・エフェクティブネスを支える

【業務内容】

•自社で保持するCRMパッケージの開発プロジェクトや個別のお客様向けのCRM、DWH、BI等のシステム構築プロジェクトに参画し、導入するアプリケーション全体の品質について責任を負う。

•品質検証のためのテスト計画を作成し、各テストフェーズにおいてチームのリード・サポートを行い、高い品質を担保する。

テスト工程だけでなく、プロジェクトの要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計などの上流工程にも積極的に関与することによって、設計段階からの品質の担保に寄与する。

【応募要件】

必須要件

■システムテストスキル（3年以上の経験）

•設計にもとづいて、抜けもれなく網羅的にテストするための、高い論理的思考能力

•品質管理、テスト業務の標準化、効率化をリードした経験

•顧客や社内の開発メンバーなどの各種ステークホルダーとの適切なコミュニケーション、折衝のスキル

•製造業・営業分野におけるプロジェクト経験（3年以上）

■技術スキル

•Oracle/SQL Serverなどのデータベース操作

•Word/Excel等を使用したドキュメント管理(マクロの生成等含む)

必須ではないが、あると望ましい要件

nシステム設計・開発

•医療業界におけるCRM、DWH、BIプロジェクトの要件定義、設計、開発の各工程における実務経験

•アジャイル開発における開発・テストの経験

‣オフショア開発との協業の経験

‣英語力、ビジネス文書の読み書きができるレベル、グローバルとの会議などでコミュニケーションができると尚可
