Role Overview

The Information Management (IM) Technical Lead position ensures successful product delivery by directly managing project delivery resources responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Warehousing projects.

This position is  needed to support the expected growth coming from Global engagement requiring US based delivery presence.

Responsibilities
As Information Management Delivery Lead, you will:
• Be accountable for the overall design and technical setup of MDM and Datawarehousing solutions
• Ensure that technical conditions are in place for a successful delivery of the MDM / CDW solution
• Work hand-in-hand with delivery managers to ensure escalations (from Clients or internal from RBU/Country stakeholders) are addressed adequately; the Technical Lead will take responsibility to address technical issues and propose adequate solution in coordination with the technical teams
• Engage with customers on regular basis (project kick-off, project meeting)
• Within a project, functionally manage / advise the technical delivery team (onshore, nearshore and/or offshore)
• Work closely with additional teams contributing to the delivery of Information Management; including PMO, offshore technical delivery centers and service management
• Work closely with the IM product team, to get full knowledge and understand the IM products (MDM and CDW); provide feedback to the product roadmap, anticipate impact  on the assigned IM projects
• Work closely with RBU IM leaders to understand IM forecast and regional specifics
• Participate in the business development process for IM opportunities as needed


Skills & Experience
• 8+ years' experience managing Information Management project implementation
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work with project teams geographically dispersed
• Deep knowledge of SaaS business model and end-to-end delivery model, with specific expertise in IM Implementation
• Robust experience designing and delivering complex IT solutions
• Expert in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Warehousing including experience and expertise in the following technologies: Reltio (MDM, CDW) and Informatica (ETL)
• Additional technical qualifications: strong expertise in most of the following technologies: Big Data, NoSQL, Graph DB, Cassandra, Spark, Hadoop, AWS, Amazon S3, RedShift
• Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, including senior technical leaders and associates across different functions
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to match stakeholder expectations to urgently deliver exceptional results
• Knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry
• Excellent communications, problem solving and technical skills
• Experience in global roles; understanding of cultural sensitivities and time zones required.
• Flexible, periodic travel for internal and client meetings
