We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As a Senior Statistical Manager, you are responsible for preforming statistical analysis planning, leading statistical analyses, leading statistical reporting, acting as statistical lead on low to advanced complexity studies, and participating in business development. This team works on Late Phase post-marketing studies for biopharma and medical device clients: safety, post marketing, efficacy and open label.

The roleLeads statistical conception and design of deliverables (tables, listings, figures, statistical reports)Oversees programming of basic to advanced statistical procedures and programmingLeads development of abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts from a statistical considerationEnsures oversight of statistical projects through client engagement, scope and budget development, and timeline managementParticipates in business development activities including proposal development, budgeting, and bid-defense meetings

What you needStatistical consulting skills when working with a biopharma or medical device clientExcellent SAS skills.Solid experience in mixed models, propensity scores analyses, post-marketing analyses in repeated measures.A Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in a related field such as statistics, epidemiology, quantitative research methods, biology/medicine, etc.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Master's degree.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language.Strong conceptual as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
