Position Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate Data Collector with a native/bilingual level of German or French to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office!

The primary focus of the role will be to ensure smooth fieldwork execution for healthcare market research projects.

If you want to play a key role in a multi-country, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!

  • Represent IQVIA and its panel program in front of HCPs (calls, emails).
  • Recruit target doctors and follow-up on their participation in market research studies via different means of communication (phone, email).
  • Assist with project set-ups and field analysis.
  • Take needed actions to invite and follow-up HCPs to ensure study progress as per given deadlines.
  • Increase doctor’s engagement & take care of customer service with HCPs.
  • Prepare sample lists & manage invitation templates.
  • Initiate follow-up calls with HCPs to achieve maximum rate of return or additional information.
  • Run pilot projects and recruitments for qualitative studies.
  • Investigate, resolve and process panel incentive issues within defined guidelines in order to facilitate timely receipt of compensation. Transition doctors to the official Incentive Program. 
  • Training of junior team members.
  • Shadowing/ buddying of junior team members.
  • Document processes, training material and scripts.
  • Maintain database updated.
  • Perform desk research for studies or quotations.
  • Administrative tasks for payment forecasts.
  • Perform validations of HCP details.
  • Effectively work and communicate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Native or bilingual level of German / French is required.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience in documentation tasks.
  • Very high level of English is required.
  • Good skills with Microsoft Excel.
  • Very good communicator.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Commercial drive.
  • Past experience in panel or community management is an advantage.
  • Experience in team management is an advantage.
  • Highly organized and efficient with experience in working accurately with tight deadlines.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a multitask environment.
  • Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
