<h2>Job Overview:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Clinical Sourcing Vendor Contracts Specialist, Vendor Management</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Remote: US (East Coast) or Canada </span></strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Clinical Sourcing Vendor Contracts Specialist will draft and negotiate vendor agreements for clinical trial services.  </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform PO, Task Order and Change Order reconciliations.  </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain various tracking and reconciliation tools and systems.  </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Resolve routine vendor issues related to contracts or POs.  </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Act as liason between project management and Global Vendor Management to ensure contracts and POs are created and updated as appropriate.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Additional responsibilities: </span></p><ul><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Analyze vendor payment detail and contract requests to ensure appropriate sourcing and category management</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Independently negotiate business and legal terms in model agreements</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Independently negotiate vendor master agreements</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Independently review client agreements to identify appropriate flow-down terms for vendor agreements</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">4 year degree or ex-US equivalent from an accredited university in Business, Technical or Life Sciences.  </span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Advanced degree, CPSM, CPM or equivalent work experience preferred.</span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum Required:</span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">2 - 3 years of  sourcing, negotiations and contract creation experience.  </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be an effective negotiator, have strong interpersonal and communication skills.  </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience in a clinical trials environment is preferred.</span></li></ul>
