Experience may be substituted for education.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">AALAS certification at Technician or Technologist level is recommended.</span></p><h2>Experience:</h2><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Previous supervisory experience preferred.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Dependability & reliability are essential.</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrate ability to use good judgement, assess risks and change management</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exemplary interpersonal skills</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment as well as maintain and exhibit personal composure and confidence at all times.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to work in a laboratory setting with laboratory animals</span></li></ul>
