  Job Summary  

Responsible for transforming designs and the product vision into high value business applications.

 

Working in a cross-functional business and technical team, participating in analysis and design of business processes, workflows and automations, providing estimations, participating in scoping and prioritization work and ensuring the technical quality and excellence of the solutions delivered.

 

Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, applications, and infrastructure cloud solution landscape.  Expected to continually grow and refine technical competencies, marketplace awareness, and interpersonal and relational skills. A love for highly reliable automations and a passion for great user experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

•    Build applications according to the design and provide designers with feedback and suggest tradeoffs when required

•    Understands the business domain and actively works with users on the integration of business applications and processes with reliable and easy to understand automations

•    Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects and provide guidance with process design

•    Identify and scope new opportunities to include level of effort and resourcing requirements

•    Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools

•    Work with Business Subject Matter Experts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to capture business requirements and translate them into User Stories that can be implemented

•    Able to work independently, able to take initiative without always being directed and able to proactively push for clarity where requirements are unclear

•    Troubleshoot day-to-day issues that arise while running RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.

•    Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes    .

•    Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.

•    Ensure code follows the latest best practices and industry standards and is compliant with applicable guidelines and regulations (e.g., SOX, SOP, GLP, GMP, etc.).

•    Perform all other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in computer science or related discipline.  

Experience: Minimum of 5 years related experience in web development and agile development practices. Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training in UiPath or similar professional RPA technology.. Experience with Studio Pro, Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center Knowledge of API and other integration technologies Knowledge of Visual Basic / C# coding languages preferred Experience as a developer on a cross functional agile team preferred An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
