Clinical Supply Assistant

As a Clinical Supply Assistant, you are responsible to: Coordinate and supervise shipments of drugs and ANS, making contact with the site, courier, and other vendors to schedule deliveries and ensuring that all deliveries are performed without malfunction or temperature deviation Coordinate destruction and preparation of related documents, liaising with CSC and depot team. Provides assistance to Functional Leader, Clinical Supply Coordinator Orientation/Adaptability and/or Clinical Supply Specialist. Accurately supports project team in project-specific collection, tracking and filing activities. Performs Quality Control (QC) checks Maintains project specific data in applicable tools and systems e.g. IPTrack. Keeps Clinical Trial Supplies inventories updated daily. Communicates any issue affecting quality in a timely manner (as defined). Supports financial control; tracks, checks and compiles invoices QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or any other health-related course / or International business;Fluent in English (oral and written)Very good command of ExcelResult-oriented, confident, self-motivated, positive, and driven / high energy.Team player with good interpersonal skillsSense of urgency with strong client focus.  Ability to build rapport with a culturally diverse group at multiple levels and disciplines
