  Summary We are seeking for an Equipment specialist for our General Toxicology department located in Sherbrooke.

What you will be working on?

The equipment specialist supports the division and other company sectors with managing equipment used in studies. You will offer customer service regarding material used in the vivarium and assure the maintenance, archiving and repair services are working as per procedures in place while in compliance with good laboratories practices (GLP).

You will be the key person for the technical group, while contributing in training people and making sure equipment are working well.

 

 

What kind of person are we looking for?

 

We are seeking motivated, organized and autonomous individuals with an high school diploma and also 1-2 years of experience in this field (any combination of experiences and education could be considered). Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory. 

The individual must be able to function in an highly regulated environment.

Work schedule and salary:

Salary starts at $18,00/hour. May be more if experience in research.

Full time, permanent position (37.5 hours/week).

After 37,5 h : Overtime paid at time and a half
