Job Summary We are seeking a Procurement Systems Intern for our Procurement team located in Wilmington, MA.

We are dedicated to ensuring our Intern population can experience the ability to Grow, Perform, and Succeed during their time on board.
The Procurement Systems Intern will support multiple projects in the Procurement to Pay space including master data integration, supplier registration, purchase order processing and procurement analytics using Power BI or Excel. Additionally work areas to include support of procurement's learning and development program.
The Intern will have the opportunity to help Charles River Labs in a real-world environment. The position will provide opportunities to present to small groups in a safe and encouraging environment to help build on public speaking and executive presence. Job Qualifications
The following are minimum requirements related to the Procurement Systems Intern position.
• Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university undergraduate degree program pursuing a BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3
• Effective communication and listening skills in a teamwork environment
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
• Possess proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Possess some proficiency in Power BI
• Have a general understanding of procurement, supply chain and ERP systems
