Program Manager

Reports to:  Manager, Program Management

The Program Manager (PM) is a key delivery and client facing role for STI. The PM is responsible for the management of the client relationship and program deliverables and maintenance post sales.  The PM will work alongside the Corporate Account Manager during the pitch and sell of the program solution to client and will identify any opportunities for additional revenue for current programs and will coordinate with the Corporate Account Manager where applicable.  The Program Manager will ultimately be responsible for sales orders or invoices linked to their accounts; managing client project timelines and deliverables; strategizing client solutions with the client and internal resources.  The program manager will be responsible for the overall solution delivered to the client and ensuring ongoing management and maintenance of programs.

Accountabilities:

Client Management:

  • Be the lead in kick off client meetings in the post sale process including project development, and timelines
  • Prepare and present program progress and market insight reports to client and internally
  • Participate in Business Development activities to expand the business with new and existing clients.
  • Proactively communicate and escalate potential delays of a program launch or agreed timelines to stakeholders
  • Be responsive to customers concerns and questions

Project Management:

  • Consult in pre-sales program design and program set up
  • Own post sale launch, management and execution of the sold solution by developing and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Establish and implement a program plan at the start-up of new programs, this plan will outline the various steps involved in the implementation to maintenance of the program.
  • Coordinating cross-project activities and adhere to internal procedures
  • Clearly identify scope creep and escalate to Corporate Account Manager if required
  • Ensure project execution is implemented as per the plan and that any modifications to improve efficiency are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the programs routinely and regularly to ensure optimal performance and alignment with program deliverables and objectives.
  • Participate in daily communication with clients and stakeholders regarding program topics and actions.
  • Use appropriate tools such as Team Gantt to track program deliverables
  • Delegate tasks when required
  •  Identify areas of improvement and develop new processes where applicable.
  • Work closely with Program Coordinator to deliver client production requests

Sales Order Management

  • Manage the sales order activity through efficiently tracking and fulling sales orders in a timely manner
  • Coordination with other team members ( Logistics, Marketing, Finance) to complete the order accurately
  • Manage and update revenue recognition schedules within each sales order and each line item
  • Troubleshoot client questions or concerns if invoicing errors occur

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 - 5 years of experience managing programs or project management experience
  • An understanding and knowledge of Patient Support Programs and Reimbursement would be considered an asset
  • Fluently bilingual in both English and French is considered an asset.
  • Client facing experience or management is required.
  • Must have an Undergraduate degree, preferably in a Business or Science-related field.
