The Sr. Proposal & Contract Specialist within Parexel Informatics Group is responsible for preparing draft proposal and contract documents, including Start-up Agreements, Work Orders and Change Orders, using Parexel templates per guidance provided by the assigned Contract Manager or Line Manager, and in conjunction with relevant departments. You will help to amend project budgets and may have direct client interaction as assigned by Contract Manager or Line Manger. You will provide quality deliverables to clients under strict deadlines.QualificationsSkills

Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills Seeking 3 - 5 years of proposals and contracts experience within CRO/Pharma/Biotech Analytical skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills Confident dealing with internal staff, and external clients Negotiation skills
