Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Insourcing Solutions team remotely, reporting into Wilmington, MA.

In the Contracts Manager role, you can do that by providing support to the contract proposal process for our Commercial, Academic and On-site segments of our Insourcing Solutions division, including preparation and timely submission of all Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, cost quotations, and responses to client questions.

What you will do! In the Contracts Manager role, you will work with SMEs to gather required information to write and amend proposal documents in response to customer RFPs, RFIs and other methods to assure agreement with client specifications, cost quotations, and any internal assumptions. 

In addition, you will prepare Staffing, Consulting, and Consultant agreements and amendments for submission to internal and external stakeholders based on information provided by Business Operations management, Business Development, and site Operational teams and by using current templates which need to be reviewed regularly to identify areas for improvement/revision. You will be responsible for collaborating with Operations, HR, and other subject matter experts to prepare cost proposals and quotations.

The CM will need to maintain complete records archive of all current and past contracts, potential contract opportunities, proposals, and attendant documentation. When creating new proposals review archives to ensure the creation of a harmonized work product to clients with deliverables that are similar in content, structure, accuracy, and quality.

Who are we looking for?

A candidate that possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, with three to five years successful experience in RFP proposal development required.  Previous experience with contract administration support preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above

The pay range for this position is $ 92,000-$102,000 USD. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
