Data Analyst & Client Support - with Albanian

Job requires precision and collaborative work in a production team. Tasks require on regular bases searching and mapping of existing medical products, accounts and customers. Data is gathered from different sources: distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies or any other data suppliers in Albania. Gradually, you will incorporate client support task, such as helping the clients with our products, creating dashboards and providing trainings on IQVIA BI tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• search for information over internet, official internet site or contacting local representatives, distributors or pharmacies to get appropriate information

• Validate implementations for production processes

• Manage new information of products and customers into Databases

• Track and manage mapping of packs and customers in multiple data streams

• Ensure all syndicated and custom solutions are delivered on-time

Gradually also:

• Ensure the contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers.

• Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.

• Design and generate reports and custom made dashboards.

• Provide guidance and support to clients daily or as a specialist on specific products/services.

• Provide training to clients on IQVIA BI tools.

• Research, analyze and respond to client inquiries that are routine in nature.

• Provide support to KAM for client service meetings at customer sites.

• Produce ad-hoc studies/analytics on demand under KAM request

• Respond in internal queries to support variety of internal/external reports and process tracking following the KAM guideline.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of one (1) years related work experience.

• Strong experience in data analysis and data processing.

• Language fluent Serbian, Albanian and English   

• Precision work with high attention to details

• Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup and exact functions)

• Knowledge of MS Access is a plus

• Good time management and self-organizing skills.

• Knowledge or experience in Albanian pharmaceutical market is an advantage
