Dr. Schneider has worked in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and device industries for over 20 years. During this time she has worked in regulatory, risk management, product safety, medical education and communication, and marketing. Watermark is a privately owned business that was founded by Dr. Schneider. Watermark has 2 primary business focus; safety oversight and medical communication. On the safety side of the business, Dr. Schneider and her directors provide services for independent DMC and adjudication panels, post-marketing safety surveillance, outcomes registries and regulatory training for clinical research sites. On the medical communication side of the business, programs are developed utilizing years of experience and understanding of the ethical and regulatory requirements. Ms. Pate has been in the healthcare arena for over 22 years. She has worked in the hospital setting, clinics, medical billing, and marketing. In addition to healthcare experience, Ms. Pate has corporate experience working as a division head. She brings to the team an understanding of efficient operations, ensuring all deliverables are provided to our customers on time and on budget. Ms. Piazza has 25 years of successful sales and marketing experience including multiple levels of sales management. She has experience bringing new products/services to market and building demand for existing solutions. This includes the development of training programs for sales forces on the products and positioning strategies. Ms. Piazza’s work experience in voice/data applications provides a strong knowledge base for Watermark’s services. She brings to the team an understanding of technology and software integration for all the Watermark services.
