Inside Sales Representative - Central

IQVIA is looking for high performing Inside sales representatives with a track record of success to join our team! 

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) engages health care professionals (HCPs) virtually, to promote assigned client products by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs and office staff, educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. The ISR must use approved tools and resources for product promotion that will be delivered through a 100% virtual platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote client products with customers, including HCPs and other key office personnel, using effective selling skills, active listening, proper terminology, approved product messaging, and approved promotional materials
  • Conduct support calls to ensure office is stocked with approved resources such as patient brochures and educational materials
  • Develop and update business plans to identify opportunities and achieve goals
  • Plan and manage daily KPIs such as sales/support call activity to defined expectations
  • Document all call information in company CRM system
  • Participate in team meetings and live trainings/meetings (when required)

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • 1+ years sales experience required with:
    • Experience in inside sales/ contact center required
    • Pharma/biotech and/or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in prior roles i.e. sales rankings, awards & achievements 
  • Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate via phone in a professional and grammatically proficient manner, with the ability to adapt tone, volume, and pace to most effectively communicate
  • Proven active listening skills
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Ability to effectively develop and execute successful territory business plans
  • Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Initiative & execution-oriented
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • If home-based: Must have a dedicated office, free from noise and disturbances
