PURPOSE: This role is ideal for MBA students in between their first and second years of study. A Strategic Partnerships and Pricing intern will gain exposure to and participate in the development of strategic partnerships between IQVIA and our pharmaceutical customers. An intern will work across the Research and Development Solutions organization of IQVIA, meeting individuals in our strategic partnerships, pricing, operations, and sales teams.                                           

Strategic Partnerships & Pricing CoE Intern projects vary, but typical responsibilities and opportunities might include:

• Support the Strategic Pricing and Partnerships team with engagement with customer teams to understand business needs and areas of opportunity
• Support development of operational models, partnership solutions, and business structures to support business development efforts
• Support the development and analysis of pricing solutions applied to IQVIA customers and offerings
• Support strategy development and account planning activities by providing visibility to solutions/models across our customer base and trends being seen in the market
• Manage the accumulation, organization, and access of solutions materials (including strategic proposals and presentations) to support the sharing of knowledge across the IQVIA organization
• Perform other duties as required                                                           

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• MBA candidate with at least one year of completed study with Bachelor’s Degree. A Bachelor’s degree or Experience in Consulting, Finance, Sales, Operations, or Technology-related services preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and analysis/integration skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in team environments
• Possess strong decision-making skills with the ability to be assertive
• Interest in healthcare and/or clinical development industry
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
