We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our Clinical Outcomes Technology (COT) team. ICON's COT team sits at the convergence of traditional clinical trial operations and cutting edge technology from eCOA, wearables and other integrated devices, to multi-purpose end-to-end platforms.

Our team members are simultaneously project management experts and subject matter experts in this rapidly changing space. As the Project Manager (eCOA), you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of global cross-functional or single service projects ensuring consistency with ICON SOPs, study contracts and budgets.

The role: Lead the planning and implementation of cross functional project(s)Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop full scale cross functional project plansAssemble and coordinate project staffAssist in development of unique eCOA deliverablesShare expert knowledge of eCOA implementation based on study protocolManage project budgetPlan and schedule project timelinesDevelop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projectsTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsProvide direction and support to project teamQuality assuranceConstantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsProject evaluations and assessment of results

What you need A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or local equivalentPrior eCOA experience, experience with multiple platforms strongly preferredStrong understanding of the clinical trial life cycleStrong communication and remediation skillsSolid multi-tasking skillsUser Acceptance Testing experience preferredKnowledge of implementing eCOA SaaS studies preferred
