SummarizedPurpose:

Leads and oversees integrated omni-channel marketing efforts in the United States.Develops strategies, manages a team of marketing professionals, implements marketing tactics.Oversees planning, budgeting, financial analyses, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives, optimizing marketing strategies and results through ongoing analysis and process improvement. Works closely with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives.

EssentialFunctionsandOtherJobInformation:

Manage staff, which may include interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, behavioral and technical coaching and mentoring, employee counseling and separations. Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations. Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime. Promotes all aspects of Equal Employment Opportunity policy and Affirmative Action Plan. Assures department adherence to good ethical and regulatory standards. Oversees the development of marketing strategies and goals to ensure actionable and measurable marketing initiatives. Identifies and owns marketing channels, builds relationships, negotiates engagement and develops and oversees programs. Oversees development of strategies, tactics, activities, and materials for the purpose of conveying the most positive marketing message for customers. Reviews metrics against expected/forecasted results, measures channel effectiveness and ROI on all marketing campaigns. Continually updates and pivots plans to optimize results. Reviews analysis and insights of integrated campaigns for optimization and reports on industry trends related to digital and patient/consumer marketing to enhance future marketing initiatives.
