Corporate Recruiter Perform recruiting functions for multiple positions across Medpace functional areas; Source candidates through multiple sources; Build rapport and develop and maintain talent pools for networking of prospective candidates.

Contract Associate

Play an integral role in the execution of contracts for Medpace performance of clinical trials; Support Contract Attorneys with legal research; Review and edit contracts with Medpace clients; Act as the main point of contact for contract database; Coordinate with departments across the company to achieve results for Medpace and its clients, including business, clinical, and corporate functions.

Paralegal Provide paralegal support to Medpace general counsel and other legal staff; Identify need for, develop and implement processes and techniques to manage, track and report on wide variety of legal information and documents relating to formation of new entities; Assist with administration of employee equity programs; Manage risk management concerns of the company including maintaining corporate insurance program and ensuring records and files are electronically stored, indexed and searchable; Compose a variety of original legal documents and gather information and make recommendation to General Counsel on questions requiring complex legal analysis.

All positions located in Cincinnati, OH. Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or business-related field. 3.0 GPA or higher Willing to be office-based in Cincinnati, OH.
