Senior Transparency Analyst

This role leads clients with their pharma transparency reporting processes.  This work includes developing and implementing transparency processes and SOPs, collecting and validating data from client sources, manipulating and loading data into transparency technologies, and submitting transparency reports to government systems.  This role is client facing and will meet with the client to give progress and answer questions.  For this reason, good organization, speaking, and leadership skills are required.  The role will work with our offshore delivery resources, and so will need to translate client questions into operational tasks.  This role will need to learn some of the more technical aspects of the transparency system and related data requirements and relevant government regulations.

Responsibilities
1.    Conduct weekly and monthly client status meetings to review data-processing and reporting progress, and any required follow-ups for client review
2.    Answer questions on reportability from clients, as necessary
3.    Work closely with the data-processing team:
a.    Request and receive spend files from client sources
b.    Review any data errors with client, and drive remediation with data-processing team
c.    Confirm readiness of report for client review
4.    Conduct final reporting tasks on behalf of clients:
a.    Review with client and provide feedback to data-processing team
b.    Submit report as required to Federal and State agencies
5.    Review spend metrics with clients as part of ongoing data-collection and remediation activities:
a.    # records received & validated, with issues summary
b.    # records translated for upload
c.    Summary metrics: # records and spend (by Degree, spend type, etc.)
d.    # of records successfully loaded with errors, without errors, by type
e.    Remediation tracker / error logging
Competency Requirements
•    Background in Pharmaceutical, Technology Services or Software Industry desirable, but not mandatory
•    Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, and Outlook.
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel or data management very helpful.
•    Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines working within a time sensitive environment
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize
•    Superior customer service
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and work within a team environment

Education, Skills, Experience Desired
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•    3-7 years related work experience in spend-transparency reporting or similar role
